About Us

Our company Hailes Property Management and Maintenance Inc was formed by Keith & Jane Hailes from the Isle of Wight, UK, in 1995, to provide villa Management and Maintenance for absent European and American owners.

We then developed Florida Suncoast Villas to market these villas for short-term rental during the owner's absence. This enabled us to provide our guests with the added confidence that their rental agent also provides all the management and maintenance services for their villa.

We had worked with a local builder for a number of years but due to a decline in the quality and completion of new homes from him, we decided in 2001 to bring it all "in house" to enable us to have full control of the quality of the finished product (as we have the future management & maintenance of the new home and will not walk away). We formed our own construction company, "Florida Investment Homes Inc", together with Keith & Joanne Riotto of Premier Pools of South West Florida, (formally Ultimate Homes of SW Florida) to provide a "One Stop Shop" for those guests who wish to build their own second/retirement home. We are able to assist and advise in the purchase of a building lot, customise and build your new home and pool, provide a furniture service and finally provide Management & Maintenance & Rental services on completion.
